Gary is President of Gary Freeman Architect Inc. His practice is located in Mt. Pleasant, South Carolina. The primary focus of his practice is forensics in construction and design, and litigation support. Gary has been a licensed architect for over 25 years. For more than 14 years, he has focused on the investigation and study of building envelope and general construction failures at single and multi-family, as well as commercial construction projects throughout South Carolina, Georgia, West Virginia, and Pennsylvania. He has also been instrumental in continuing innovations in the practice of architecture, planning, forensic and interior architecture.
